Prototypes that work straight away.

We machine functional samples and first articles from quantity 1 — on the same machines that will later run your series. That saves an entire iteration step: what fits in the prototype fits in the production part.

From CAD to inspected part — in days, not weeks

A prototype is only useful if its findings transfer cleanly to series production. That's why we machine first articles and functional samples not "somehow fast", but on the same 5-axis machining centres as our series parts. You get a part that matches the future product dimensionally and materially — plus a manufacturing recommendation: which dimensions are critical, where you can save effort for series, which tolerances should tighten or relax. Typical flow: you send us CAD and drawing, we check feasibility and respond with a quote — usually within 1–2 business days. For simple geometries lead times of a few business days are realistic. Larger iterations we discuss in a quick online call before we program.

Frequently asked

How fast can I get a prototype?

For simple milled parts a few business days is realistic. More complex 5-axis geometries we plan individually — mention your target date in the inquiry.

Is there a cheaper alternative to CNC?

For pure form or visual samples we offer 3D printing in PLA and PETG — as a precursor to milling. Once function and material matter, we mill.

Do I get tips for the series?

On request we add a short written manufacturing recommendation: critical dimensions, possible tolerance relaxations, material notes. That often saves substantial effort in series production.
