MAK

CNC milling from Bavaria — down to the micron.

We machine CNC milled parts on 3- and 5-axis machining centres in Schwebheim — from single-part inquiries to repeatable medium series. Tolerances from ± 0.01 mm, all common materials, documented inspection.

Precision that fits in the assembly

Milled parts that later end up in a medical assembly, a dosing system or an optical mount don't just need to "sort of fit" — they need to fit repeatably. That's exactly what our machinery is built for: 5-axis simultaneous machining for complex geometries in a single setup, documented zero points, calibrated measuring equipment. We mill steel, stainless, aluminium, brass, copper and common engineering plastics — and on request supply the full dimensional report along with the parts. Our customers come from Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Bamberg and the whole of Lower Franconia — many drop their drawings off in person. We also produce for design offices in Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart and beyond. What we do best: small and medium runs of 10 to 5,000 parts with consistent quality, predictable lead times and no surprises.

Housings, holders, adapters — biocompatible stainless steels, documented batches.

Dosing technology

Valve bodies, nozzle carriers, manifolds in stainless and aluminium.

Optics & metrology

Adjustment mounts and tube components with very tight form and position tolerances.

Special machinery

Single parts and small runs for jigs, grippers and tooling.

Frequently asked

What tolerances are realistic?

Standard from ± 0.01 mm. Tighter tolerances on individual dimensions are possible depending on geometry and material — talk to us before final design so we can lay it out together.

How fast do I get a quote for a milled part?

Typically within 1–2 business days after we receive your drawing. For simple geometries often the same day.

Do you ship outside Bavaria?

Yes — we ship across Germany, express on request. Customers in Schweinfurt, Würzburg and the surrounding area are welcome to pick up in person.

Do we get a measurement report?

On request, yes — with calibrated equipment and documented inspection of the agreed dimensions. Mention it in your inquiry so we can include it.
