3D printing that saves iterations.

Functional and visual samples in PLA and PETG — fast and cost-efficient. Ideal for checking form and fit before we mill in aluminium or stainless.

Print, check, mill

Sometimes the fastest answer to "does this fit?" is a 3D print. With FDM in PLA and PETG we produce form and functional samples in hours instead of days — saving an iteration step and reducing the risk of a milled aluminium part not fitting. For us 3D printing isn't an end product but a pre-stage: once the geometry is right we mill the part in the actual material. You get the best of both worlds: print speed for the design phase and CNC strength for the series part.

Typical applications

Form & fit samples

Early validation of geometry within an assembly.

Visual models

Design samples for presentations and reviews.

Aids

Templates, simple fixtures, cable holders.

Pre-stage to milling

Reduces iterations on the eventual CNC milled part.

Frequently asked

Do you also print load-bearing parts?

No — PLA and PETG suit form, fit and visual samples, not mechanically loaded parts. As soon as strength matters we mill.

How fast do I get a printed sample?

For simple geometries typically within a few business days. Mention express in your inquiry if you need it faster.

Should I print before every milled part?

Not always — for simple geometries we go straight to milling. For complex assemblies or critical fits a print sample often saves an expensive iteration.
